Can I use Turkish or flavored coffee instead?
No — Turkish coffee is ground extra-fine (around 90 microns) specifically for the cezve, and the flavored ground coffees are also finely ground. In a moka pot or French press that fineness leads to bitterness, clogging or sediment. For manual brewers, stick to the espresso range with the grind picked for your method.
