Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver all over Egypt?
Yes — Seelaz delivers online orders across all Egyptian governorates through our trusted shipping partners. Standard delivery is 1–3 business days.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes — we offer same-day delivery from our branches in selected areas within Cairo. Check the Store Locator for coverage in your district.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also use our Track Your Order page anytime.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Coffee is a perishable product, so we accept returns only on unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery. For accessories and equipment, you have 14 days. Defective items are replaced or refunded immediately.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Coffee & Brewing
What is the difference between Turkish coffee and Arabic coffee?
Turkish coffee is finely ground and brewed in a cezve (ibrik), producing a strong, rich, full-bodied cup. Arabic coffee is typically lighter in roast and often flavored with cardamom — served in small cups during gatherings.
Is Seelaz coffee freshly roasted?
Yes — every order is roasted in small batches in Cairo and shipped within days. You will see the roast date on your bag, never a generic “best by” sticker.
How should I store my coffee?
Store coffee in an airtight container away from heat, light, and moisture. Avoid the fridge — the humidity ruins flavor. Use within 4 weeks of opening for the best taste.
