Every year, Seelaz wait for the Arabica beans which are growing on 900-1800 meters high in warm weather by day and cool by night and this coffee beans is the only one that can afford our roasting way. Seelaz depends on International standards in preparing the Espresso considering its size, growth, degree of moisture, roasting, and grinding degree.
