Where we deliver
Seelaz delivers to every governorate in Egypt. The shipping fee and delivery time depend on the governorate you choose at checkout:

Free shipping
Any order that includes one of our bundles or offers ships free.
How delivery works
- Delivery time is counted in working days from the day you place your order. The courier company does not deliver on Fridays.
- The courier calls you before delivery to arrange the handover.
- Please check your order on delivery. If anything is wrong with the coffee, the packaging or the courier, contact us right away.
Payment
Cash on delivery, or online by Visa or Apple Pay.
Returns
You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of delivery, as described in our refund policy.
