With very accuracy, we only choose coffee beans with size 19 and wash them 4 times. This coffee is prepared by Seelaz's special way of roasting, giving you the most delicious taste with less acidity. Also, we mix blonde coffee beans with dark ones with cardamom then we grind them on 90 micrometers to keep that rich flavor.
