We’d like to clarify that the “Blonde” roast at Seelaz is darker than the “Blonde” of any other brand — it leans closer to Medium — while our “Medium” leans toward Dark. And for those who prefer a lighter roast, we also offer “Light”, the mildest degree below Blonde.

Seelaz Turkish Coffee is authentic Turkish coffee made from 100% Arabica beans (bean size 19, washed 4 times), roasted the Seelaz way for a rich, balanced taste with low acidity and ground to 90 microns. No added sugar. Available plain, with cardamom, or with Greek mastic.

Options

  • Roast levels: light, blonde, medium,Dark
  • Cardamom: none, a little, regular, extra, or with Greek mastic.
  • Pack sizes: 125 g, 200 g, 250 g.

How to prepare

Per cup: 1 cup of water + 2 teaspoons of coffee + sugar to taste. Brew in a cezve over low heat, stirring until ready.
